The Municipal Council of the Municipality of Middlesex Centre will meet on September 11, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Coldstream Community Centre.
1.0 CALL TO ORDER
Mayor DeViet to call the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.
2.0 DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST
The Municipal Conflict of Interest Act requires any member of Council declaring a pecuniary interest and the general nature thereof, where the interest of a member of Council has not been disclosed by reason of the member’s absence from the meeting, to disclose the interest at the first open meeting attended by the member of Council and otherwise comply with the Act.

R2019- THAT the Council for the Municipality of Middlesex Centre accepts the Donkers-Hurlbut Municipal Drain Extension Engineers Report dated May 31, 2019 presented by Brad Bunke of GM Blue Plan Engineering.
6.3 Peter Simcisko of Watson & Associates – Middlesex Centre Asset Management – Council Update
R2019- THAT the Council for the municipality of Middlesex Centre receives the Asset Management Update as information.

R2019- THAT the Council for the Municipality of Middlesex Centre receives and approves the Consent Agenda items 7.1 through 7.7.
8.1 C-06-2019 - Possible Sale of Municipal Lands – Ward 1
R2019- THAT Council directs staff to proceed the sale of property identified as Plan M180 Block 14-1 London Township (Ilderton) which is deemed surplus to municipal needs;
AND THAT staff be directed to proceed with the disposal process of the subject lands in accordance with By-law 2012-043 by providing notice to all the abutting land owners and executing the sale of property subject to the satisfaction of the municipal solicitor.
8.2 PWE 27-2019 - Longwoods Road – Pedestrian Crosswalk
R2019- THAT Council receive information for a new crosswalk on Longwoods Road in Delaware within Middlesex County’s jurisdiction, as guided by the Middlesex County Crosswalk Guidelines endorsed by County Council on October 24, 2017;
AND THAT correspondence be forwarded to the County of Middlesex requesting that a new pedestrian crosswalk on Longwoods Road, at the intersection of Springer Road/Victoria Street be installed
